I'm not sure if it's fantasy art but anyway.
It's a (sort of) teenage version of the Ancient Greek goddess Artemis.
Artemis by the way is the Greek equivalent of Roman Diana.

this is very nice!
I always pictured artemis having long hair, but i guess since its a teenager it makes sense. anyway about the horn thing, ive never heardof that! i thought athena gave zeus the headache?
